Description

Act as a Center of Excellence Engineer for SAP systems, focusing on performance optimization and deep technical root cause analysis for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance bottlenecks across Application, HANA, and OS levels.
• Perform deep technology root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues.
• Design and optimize complex IT landscapes and implement operational best practices.
• Present findings and optimization recommendations to IT managers and executives.
• Collaborate with globally distributed Mission Control Centres to deliver services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, SAP Netweaver, and ABAP.
• Proficiency in SQL, HANA SQL scripting, and data modeling.
• Expertise in HANA performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL tuning concepts and SAP application memory management.
• Experience with ABAP on HANA, FIORI, and Web Dynpro.
• Ability to troubleshoot SLT, SDA, and SDI setups.
• Experience with HANA modeling and CDS development.
• Strong analytical, logical, and English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HANA security, XSA setup, and NSE/IQ.
• Knowledge of hyperscalers and end-to-end migration projects (AnyDB to HANA or ECC to S/4).
