Hansen SME

You will act as a subject matter expert for Hansen CPQ and Hansen EPC implementations within a multi-vendor environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product modelling workshops and design rationalized product models.
• Configure Hansen software solutions and execute configuration management.
• Design, develop, and deploy process and organizational models for software rollouts.
• Translate system requirements into task specifications for junior programmers and supervise their development and testing.
• Analyze current programs for performance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting to design technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with BSS/OSS solutions, specifically Catalog, Order Management, and Provisioning.
• Expertise in Hansen CPQ and Hansen EPC.
• Deep understanding of product modelling concepts and retail product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with TM Forum eTOM, TAM, and SID concepts.
• Experience with XML, web services, Microservices, and JSON.
• Knowledge of middleware/integration technologies, BPM, and orchestration suites.
• Working knowledge of delivering via CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with agile project delivery methods.
• Ability to derive component design and implementation strategies from high-level designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the telecommunications, cable, or high-tech sectors.
