Description

You will manage the global IT hardware fleet, ensuring lifecycle integrity from procurement to disposal across data centers, labs, and offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, inbound/outbound requests, and ticket resolution for global hardware assets.
• Execute procurement workflows, including part number creation, purchase order tracking, and supplier follow-ups to resolve shortages.
• Maintain global repair and spare parts inventory, overseeing both onsite and warehouse stock levels.
• Handle import/export compliance, product lifecycle change requests, and hardware catalog maintenance.
• Process RMAs and generate reports for inventory, capital expenses, and operating expenses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware logistics or IT asset management.
• Proficiency with SAP for asset tracking and procurement.
• Experience using Oracle for inventory and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage inventory project codes and conduct stock audits.
• Experience tracking purchase orders and managing supplier commitments.
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining hardware catalogs and expense reports.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global import and export regulations for hardware.
