Description

Design and develop downhole electronic instruments and high voltage components.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SMPS up to 300w.
• Select and cross-verify electronic components including capacitors, resistors, inductors, RTDs, and oscillators.
• Design AC amplifiers, motors, transformer, rectifier, and regulator circuits for SMPS.
• Select components and design high voltage PD panels up to 600v.
• Troubleshoot high temperature electronics and identify temperature sensors such as J-type and K-type.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hardware design experience.
• Circuit design for AC amplifiers and motors.
• SMPS design and development up to 300w.
• Knowledge of transformer, rectifier, and regulator circuit design.
• High voltage design experience up to 600v.
• High temperature electronics component selection and troubleshooting.
• Experience with transducers, RTDs, and temperature sensors (J-type, K-type).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
