Description

You will lead hardware design efforts for EV systems, covering power electronics, analog/digital circuits, and motor controllers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design for EV systems, ensuring performance, thermal efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Create schematics, select components, and support PCB layout processes.
• Develop validation test plans and conduct EMI/EMC and thermal testing.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and QA teams to integrate subsystems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in hardware design for EV or powertrain systems.
• Strong knowledge of microcontroller implementation and power converters.
• Proficiency with CAN interfaces and automotive domain standards.
• Experience using tools such as Canoe, CAPL, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience collaborating with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Any Graduate degree in engineering or related field.
