Description

You will design and develop electronic hardware for downhole tools, including PCB layouts and embedded firmware.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design SMT and through-hole PCBs for downhole tool applications.
• Develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Write firmware using C and assembler for embedded targets.
• Apply electrical engineering standards and specifications to hardware and firmware design.
• Utilize CAD software to execute design tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware engineering.
• Proficiency in PCB design (SMT and through-hole).
• Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Firmware development experience in C and assembler.
• Working knowledge of at least one high-level programming language.
• Familiarity with ROHS compliance and high-temperature solder techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
