You will drive electrical validation methodologies and execution for PCBs and various subsystems.
Responsibilities
Define and track detailed test plans for modules, SoC, low-speed signal interfaces (I2C, I2S, PDM), and high-speed differential interfaces.
Execute validation for subsystems including optical sensors, microphones, cameras, battery, charger, and RF components.
Own the execution, interpretation, and reporting of validation results and coverage metrics.
Support system bring-up and debug activities to identify points of failure in the DUT.
Collaborate with system integration and technology teams to meet validation deadlines.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in electrical system verification for consumer electronics.
Strong EE fundamentals including ADC, Op-amps, noise, and power regulators.
Hands-on experience executing electrical validation on the bench using oscilloscopes, DMM, e-load, power supply, power analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, and temp chambers.
Proficiency in C#, Python, or LabView for data processing and automation.
Ability to read and understand board schematics and board layouts.
Experience with scripting, shell commands, and flashing devices.
Preferred Skills
Experience with VNA, ENA, logic analyzers, signal analyzers, battery simulators, and DAQ.
System and subsystem power verification and FW verification experience.
Background in mobile technology such as smartphones, watches, or AR/VR.
