Description

You will design and test power hardware components including drives, inverters, and converters in Mequon, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform component selection and computer simulations for power systems.
• Execute hardware testing at the board bring-up level and for control/power systems.
• Write and execute detailed test plans.
• Develop requirements specifications and design documentation.
• Manage PCB layout and interpret hardware schematics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electronics hardware design.
• DIRECT experience working with drives, inverters, and converters.
• Proficiency in PCB layout and hardware architecture.
• Hands-on experience with power hardware testing and board bring-up.
• Ability to read and interpret hardware schematics.
• Experience using Visio or PlantUML for design and modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
