Description

You will support custom hardware through physical installation, debugging, and technical escalation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support custom hardware via physical installation and debugging.
• Escalate technical issues to the design team with relevant debug information.
• Manage and support common test peripherals including PCs and JTAG.
• Run Linux and Windows scripts to assist in debugging customer hardware.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with PCIe, USB, and USB4.
• Familiarity with common PC components including PCIe cards, USB, and SD cards.
• Ability to read and work with schematics.
• Proficiency running Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with JTAG and PCB design.
• Ability to lift and move 50-100lbs.
• Experience in hardware technician or support engineer roles.

Preferred Skills

• Electronics Hardware Design experience.
