Description

You will design and optimize next-generation data center products through hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Develop schematics and layouts for next-generation data center products as part of path-finding TR activities.
• Integrate with cross-functional teams, packaging, PI, SI, Thermal, and Power delivery to optimize product design.
• Bring up new and existing pre-silicon programs, focusing on path finding and performance optimization for data center GPUs.
• Define system design features to meet customer requirements, ensuring hardware and software integration.
• Analyze and evaluate system performance, preparing technical contract deliverables documenting findings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware design.
• Proficiency in MCAD-ECAD co-design with thermal and mechanical design knowledge.
• Expert knowledge of PCB Design using Cadence Allegro PCB Design, including Constraint Manager.
• Experience with HDI design (microvias, blind/buried vias), EMI/EMC, and flex/rigid-flex design.
• Strong understanding of PDN, electrical, SI/PI, and DFM/DFT/DFA principles.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Perl.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
