Description

You will coordinate between System Technologies and other internal functions to drive the delivery of next-generation hardware products.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans that integrate functional deliverables, resource allocation, milestones, and budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date schedules and utilize forecasting to manage uncertainty.
• Monitor team commitments and manage conflicts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare status reports for executives, management, and NPI teams using quantitative metrics such as dates, quantities, and confidence percentages.
• Proactively identify issues and raise them to SMEs to facilitate solution finding.

Required Skills

• 4 years of program management experience in a high-technology industry.
• Strong understanding of hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) phases.
• Practical experience managing hardware prototypes and associated constraints.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues concisely using data and numbers.
• Proficiency with MS-Office, Smartsheet, MS-Project, and custom program management tools.
• Bachelor of Science in Physics or a hardware-related Engineering field.
• Proven ability to guide and influence multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills

• PPM certification.
• MBA or Master's degree.
• Experience with high-end routing or switching hardware systems.
