Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of complex electronic systems, from requirements definition to PCBA design and embedded software integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Author, derive, manage, and verify requirements for complex electronics systems using databases like IBM Rational DOORS, JAMA Connect, or Siemens Polarion.
• Design or specify space-based, radiation-hardened electronic components and oversee PCBA design processes.
• Develop embedded processor software and ensure alignment with computer architecture and digital interface technologies.
• Lead 24/7 product testing campaigns as the primary point of contact, proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Maintain high proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for project documentation and tracking.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic systems, including PCBA design or embedded software design.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and digital interface technologies.
• Proficiency with requirement management tools such as IBM Rational DOORS, JAMA Connect, or Siemens Polarion.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently with strong project ownership and technical troubleshooting instincts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing or specifying space-based or radiation-hardened electronic components.
• Direct experience with 24/7 product testing campaign logistics.
