Description

You lead hardware system engineering programs from concept through market delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Statements of Work (SoW) for complex technical programs and interface with customers to define plans and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams including HW, SW, diagnostics, manufacturing, and ODMs to deliver products.
• Drive engineering programs by managing scheduling, cost analysis, and shipment milestones.
• Prepare and present weekly status updates to Director and Senior VP level audiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of NPI hardware engineering and leadership experience.
• Experience in design engineering, New Product Introduction, and manufacturing with rack-mounted data center or enterprise equipment.
• Working knowledge of hardware development and experience collaborating with electrical, mechanical, and software engineering teams.
• Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of delivering hardware projects on time.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences and prepare executive summaries.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
