Description

Develop software and test frameworks to improve the speed and quality of satellite component testing within manufacturing systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions from requirements through testing phases.
• Create test simulations and integrations using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams to deploy test systems.
• Lead technical efforts with cross-disciplinary staff to ensure system reliability and repeatability.
• Drive improvements in throughput and project transitions through automated testing frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware-related engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Proficiency in C++ programming.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns.
• Experience with system Reliability and Scaling.
• Hands-on experience with Hardware Integration.
• Proven track record in leadership or mentoring roles on technical projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with TestStand and LabVIEW.
