Description

Lead hardware reliability testing and failure analysis for industrial PC components. Own the full testing lifecycle from planning to root cause resolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute HALT and HAST reliability testing protocols for industrial hardware.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, determine sample sizes, and author technical reports.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify failures and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) documentation.
• Manage PC reliability and load (burn-in) testing cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware testing.
• Expertise in HALT and HAST testing methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial PC hardware (DIMMs, video cards, motherboards, SSDs).
• Proficiency in PC reliability, load (burn-in), and environmental testing.
• Strong understanding of RCA methodology for problem resolution.
• Experience preparing DFMEA for hardware components.
• Degree in Electronics (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with industrial PC component failure analysis.
