Description

You will lead hardware verification and validation efforts to ensure product quality and reliability through rigorous testing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies for new product development and sustaining engineering.
• Execute functional, performance, stress, environmental, security, regulatory, and compatibility testing.
• Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), reliability, and regression testing to assess hardware impact and durability.
• Identify, debug, and troubleshoot hardware-software issues, working with design and manufacturing teams to resolve defects.
• Perform system-level testing, equipment GR&R/MSA, and qualification testing to validate component integration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT industry experience, with at least 2 years as a Hardware V&V Lead, SME, or Manager.
• Proficiency in hardware validation using Verilog, VHDL, or LabVIEW.
• Strong experience with electrical and functional validation of power sensors, MCU, I2C, SPI, SMBUS, and PCIe interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Ability to read and interpret hardware schematics and datasheets.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
• Deep understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and digital/analog circuit design principles.
• Experience with statistical analysis techniques for test data and defect tracking tools.
• Knowledge of computer architecture, microprocessors, and industry testing standards.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for testing.
• Experience with environmental testing using temperature and humidity chambers.
