Description

You will lead hardware verification and validation efforts to ensure product quality through rigorous testing and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test plans for new product development and sustaining engineering.
• Execute functional, performance, stress, environmental, security, and regulatory testing.
• Conduct EMC, reliability, and regression testing to assess hardware durability.
• Troubleshoot hardware-software issues with design and manufacturing teams.
• Perform system-level testing, GR&R/MSA, and qualification testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall IT experience, including 2+ years as Hardware V&V Lead or Manager.
• Proficiency in Verilog, VHDL, or LabVIEW for hardware validation.
• Experience validating power sensors, MCUs, and interfaces (I2C, SPI, SMBUS, PCIe).
• Hands-on use of oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Ability to read hardware schematics and datasheets.
• Programming proficiency in Python or C++.
• Understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and digital/analog circuits.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and defect tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with environmental testing chambers.
