Description

Lead the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Azure DevOps to Harness, defining strategy, architecture, and automation standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define migration strategy and architecture for moving pipelines from ADO to Harness.
• Create reusable templates and modules in Harness to ensure scalability.
• Optimize pipeline efficiency, maintainability, and governance across enterprise standards.
• Assess security, quality gates, and compliance within the new pipeline structure.
• Document architecture decisions and present best practices to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of DevOps experience with deep expertise in Harness CI/CD setup, pipelines, and workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub Actions, including YAML pipeline definitions.
• Experience migrating pipeline logic (steps, triggers, approvals) between CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of Terraform modules, providers, and state management for Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes container orchestration and deployment via Helm or manifests.
• Ability to implement GitOps principles, DevSecOps, and secrets management.
• Experience with pipeline as code and automation architecture design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform Cloud or Enterprise.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring integration within CI/CD pipelines.
