Description

You will own the deployment, integration, operations, and automation of HashiCorp Vault.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate HashiCorp Vault instances in high availability across multiple datacenters.
• Configure Vault deployments using secure pipelines with GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Develop custom Vault plugins and automation solutions for developers and technical personnel.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud infrastructure architects to design and manage secure, scalable environments.
• Provide technical documentation for automation solutions.

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of experience as a Secrets Management Engineer.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Security Developer or Security Engineer.
• Proven experience deploying and configuring Vault Enterprise and Terraform in high-availability environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or PowerShell for developing automation solutions.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technical specifications.
• Experience working within agile teams using Scrum or Rally.
• Ability to develop solutions that combine data from APIs, endpoints, and databases.
• Familiarity with NIST Special Publications such as 800-171, 800-53, or CSF.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization and common application architectures.
• Experience creating CI pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CloudBees, or Buddy.
