Description

Design and manage GCP cloud architecture while automating infrastructure operations through code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins.
• Develop and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Automate operational processes and manage GCP services including AppEngine, Cloud Functions, GKE, and Firebase.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and maintain security best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or similar.
• Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools including New Relic and Nagios.
• Familiarity with AppWorks, Active Batch, and Rundeck.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Terraform certification.
• Experience with GitOps principles and Agile methodologies.
