Description

You will act as the subject matter expert for audience data requirements and campaign execution within the marketing automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign requirement sessions to develop and document Audience Requirement Documents and Business Requirements Documents.
• Create flow charts and technical specifications to ensure completeness for all campaigns.
• Manage audience selection by collaborating with stakeholders and implementing requests within the marketing automation platform.
• Oversee campaign deployment to ensure accurate build, execution, and delivery of audience data.
• Investigate audience size, customer profiling, and data inquiries while ensuring the accuracy of produced data files.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HCL Unica.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Strong understanding of data segmentation concepts.
• Knowledge of industry audience rules and analysis.
• Experience with other marketing automation or marketing cloud platforms and digital marketing.
• Basic project management skills and ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.

• Experience in digital marketing environments.
