Description

You will own PeopleSoft HCM operations, ensuring data integrity and system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage PeopleSoft HCM modules and maintain data integrity.
• Analyze human capital management processes and system workflows.
• Support system users and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Document and improve operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM analysis.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong understanding of HCM data structures.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues.
• Experience analyzing system workflows.
