Description

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementation projects as the functional expert, owning the full lifecycle from discovery to cutover.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis.
• Configure Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits modules based on gathered requirements.
• Manage full lifecycle project delivery through analysis, design, configuration, testing, and cutover.
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide guidance on data conversions, integrations, and reporting.
• Direct testing events associated with the project delivery cycle.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead in a client-facing functional consulting role.
• Minimum of 5 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations, including at least 3 focused on Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits.
• Proven experience leading project teams in a delivery role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools including HCM Extracts and HDL.
• Knowledge of integrations within the Oracle suite of modules.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, specifically in Business or HR Management.
• Ability to travel during critical project implementation phases as requested.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, Global HR, Benefits, or other HCM Cloud modules.
• Cross-functional knowledge in ORC, Time & Labor, or Payroll.
• Public Sector experience, specifically K-12 Educational, Federal, State, or Local government.
