Description

Own post-production support, enhancements, and subject matter expertise for Workday HCM modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement documentation, process mapping, and best-practice configuration for new Workday HCM implementations.
• Manage client relationships by resolving support requests, executing phased implementations, and providing strategic roadmapping.
• Analyze and scope complex business requirements through dedicated sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks based on urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability.
• Mentor consultants and share knowledge to support practice growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM functional areas, specifically Core HR and UK Payroll.
• Strong understanding of core Workday competencies including business processes, reporting, and security.
• Proven experience within Workday HCM deployments and operational support projects.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a capacity to consider diverse perspectives.
