Description

Manage configuration and implementation for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, focusing on Talent, Core HR, and Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Talent, Core HR, and Benefits.
• Engage with business users to document problem statements and requirements.
• Create and execute scripts to update person-related data using extracts, uploads, or supported tools.
• Develop and manage advanced reports, notifications, and alerts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and hands-on configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Talent, Core HR, and Benefits modules.
• Proficiency with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts.
• Experience with BI reporting and advanced report generation.
• Working knowledge of DBMS and Cloud Computing.
• Strong communication skills for business user engagement.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile models.
• Experience with third-party integrations.
