Description

Lead functional implementations and support for HCM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

• Drive full life cycle implementations across Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, or Payroll.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, map business requirements, and create functional specifications.
• Manage production support by resolving tickets via SNOW, Jira, or Remedy.
• Execute year-end support, patch analysis, and application upgrades.
• Provide hypercare, enhancement work, and stakeholder management in Agile or waterfall environments.

Required Skills

• 4 to 10 years of HCM domain experience.
• Proven track record of completing at least 1-2 full life cycle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Experience in production support and ticket resolution using SNOW, Jira, or Remedy.
• Ability to provide work estimations and collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience in team lead or project lead roles managing internal teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in requirement mapping and functional specification documentation.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Background in Agile or waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• HCM Cloud certification.
