Description

Lead functional implementations and support for HCM Cloud modules, managing the full project lifecycle from requirements to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle implementations for Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, or Payroll modules.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, map business requirements, and create detailed functional specifications.
• Manage stakeholders and internal team members in a lead capacity to ensure project alignment.
• Provide production support, hypercare, and patch analysis using tools like SNOW, Jira, or Remedy.
• Collaborate with technical teams by providing work estimations and sharing detailed requirements.

Required Skills

• 4 to 10 years of HCM domain experience.
• Experience completing at least 1 or 2 full life cycle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, or Payroll modules.
• Proven track record in production support and resolving tickets via SNOW, Jira, or Remedy.
• Knowledge of year-end support and patch application/analysis.
• Experience working within Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage client-facing roles and stakeholder communications.
• Experience providing functional estimates for project work.

Preferred Skills

• HCM Cloud certification.
