Description

Own Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting, focusing on payroll implementation and strategic workforce planning. Deliver full-cycle implementations and support projects while managing client relationships and team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring mandatory Payroll expertise and at least two customer-site deployments.
• Drive presales activities including RFP contributions, scope of work detailing, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation.
• Architect robust solutions by analyzing pros and cons when standard functionality fails to meet customer requirements.
• Manage support projects against SLAs and guide teams through complex problem-solving and delivery execution.
• Facilitate client presentations and participate in resource planning for project delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total IT experience with 4+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting.
• 4+ years of consulting experience involving RFPs, client presentations, and SOW definition.
• Deep functional knowledge of Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
• Strong product skills in Workforce Planning, Recruiting, HR Help Desk, Compensation, Benefits, Goals, and Performance Management.
• Proficiency in Cloud Monthly/Quarterly update processes and support project management.
• Experience writing Fast Formulas for payroll customization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Earlier experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Advanced modules).
• Oracle Payroll Cloud 2024 Implementation Professional or related HCM Cloud implementation certifications.
