Description

Own Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting, focusing on payroll implementation and strategic workforce planning.

Lead full-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring mandatory Payroll expertise and at least two customer-site deployments. Drive presales activities including RFP contributions, scope of work detailing, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation. Architect solutions by analyzing pros and cons when standard functionality fails to meet customer requirements. Manage support projects against SLAs and guide teams through complex problem-solving and delivery execution. Facilitate client presentations and participate in resource planning for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with mandatory Payroll expertise.
• Drive presales activities including RFP contributions and solution demonstrations.
• Architect custom solutions when standard functionality is insufficient.
• Manage support projects against SLAs and guide team problem-solving.
• Facilitate client presentations and resource planning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years total IT experience with 4+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting.
• 4+ years of consulting experience involving RFPs, client presentations, and SOW definition.
• Deep functional knowledge of Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
• Strong product skills in Workforce Planning, Recruiting, HR Help Desk, Compensation, Benefits, Goals, and Performance Management.
• Proficiency in Cloud Monthly/Quarterly update processes and support project management.
• Experience writing Fast Formulas for payroll customization.

Preferred Skills

• Earlier experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Advanced modules).
• Oracle Payroll Cloud 2024 Implementation Professional or related HCM Cloud implementation certifications.
