Description

You will manage technical implementations and production support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules. You will execute cloud conversions, develop reports, build integrations, and lead system testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute Oracle Cloud conversions using HDL, HSDL, and Fast formulas.
• Develop Oracle Reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Build integrations and customizations via OICS, VBCS, and PCS.
• Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and end-to-end system integration testing.
• Collaborate with onshore teams and clients to deliver assigned technical components.

Required Skills

• 4 to 9 years of HCM domain experience in modules such as Talent, Compensation, Absence Management, ORC, Performance, Benefits, OTL, or Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Conversion tools (HDL, HSDL, Fast formulas).
• Proficiency in Oracle Reports (BIP/OTBI) and Oracle Integrations (OICS, VBCS, PCS).
• Experience in production support, implementation, or enhancement projects.
• Knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency using ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Certification.
