Description

You will provide techno-functional support and implementation services for Oracle EBS HRMMS and Cloud HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Support HRMMS modules and custom bolt-on applications by resolving tickets and troubleshooting implementation or support issues.
• Translate business requirements into functional design specifications through requirements gathering and analysis.
• Perform analysis, design, configuration, and testing activities for Oracle HRMMS solutions.
• Lead technical efforts by identifying and resolving complex technical problems and providing mentorship and work allocation.
• Act as a liaison to business and project teams to recommend solution designs or process changes to resolve functional gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMMS (Techno-Functional or Functional).
• Advanced understanding of Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, and Performance Management systems.
• Expertise in AOL Setup configuration, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alerts, and Personalization.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Fast Formula, and Concurrent programs incremental load.
• Experience with AME setup creation and data/code analysis, design, and performance tuning.
• Strong ability to perform end-to-end configuration and testing.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Implementation experience in at least 3 end-to-end HCM projects.
• Expert knowledge of Cloud HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time and Labor, ORC, or Helpdesk.
• Experience with Fusion technologies: HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Design Studio.
