Description

Lead the technical strategy and end-to-end development of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and application system analysts.
• Define the technical vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for HCM.
• Drive end-to-end development, including feature implementation, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Partner with product management to prioritize, scope, and plan business milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years leading software development teams with HCM solutions.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including HCM modules, personalization, and integrations.
• Experience with data migration processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based technologies.
• 2+ years working with retail systems or high-transaction software.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
