Description

You serve as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, owning the full lifecycle from requirements capture to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and capture detailed business requirements for HCM, payroll, and education processes.
• Execute design, development, testing, and deployment for system customizations and configuration updates.
• Provide second-tier production support and perform system configuration and testing.
• Create technical documentation including configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
• 5+ years of expert experience with PeopleSoft Tools 8.59 or later.
• Proficiency in Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and BI/XML Publisher.
• Experience with Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, testing, and selective adoption SDLC methodology.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle 19C databases.
• Experience working with REST-based webservers.
