Description

Manage technical integrations and reporting within an Oracle HCM environment. Own complex transformation projects and provide technical guidance on configuration, security, and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical guidance and consultation on integrations, conversion, security, and reporting.
• Provide configuration training and advise on best practices and long-term system impacts.
• Recommend cross-platform configuration choices to optimize the employee experience.
• Execute complex, large-scale transformation projects involving data workflows.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in HCM integration.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Integrations (Inbound and Outbound).
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts for both outbound and inbound jobs.
• Proficiency with Fusion Reporting tools, specifically BIP and OTBI.
• Experience managing complex data transformation workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Fusion Business Process Management (BPM) and approval workflows.
