Description

Manage Oracle HCM operations and maintenance to meet evolving business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure system functionality, access, and reporting meet customer needs.
• Conduct system audits to maintain data security, quality, and compliance.
• Manage interfaces between the HCM system and other integrated enterprise systems.
• Oversee core functional areas including Recruiting, Base Benefits, Employee and Manager Self Service, and Profile Management.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis within an Oracle HCM or PeopleSoft HCM environment.
• 4 years of functional experience in an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM functional and operating principles.
• Proficiency in HR business practices and project management.
• Strong database concepts and querying skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Oracle HCM implementations.
