Description

Manage and support the Oracle HCM platform environment and security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle HCM release cycles for EXTRACT, ALERT, BIP, and Reports.
• Execute instance strategies including POD management, P2T, T2T, and data masking.
• Configure role-based security, custom roles, and LBAC features across functional areas.
• Handle quarterly and ad-hoc patch management, backup configuration, and system validation.
• Troubleshoot application issues by reviewing Oracle logs for BI Publisher, Workflow, and UCM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM platform support.
• Expertise in Oracle CSM and FSM tools for automated release management.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM security, permissions, and data security modifications.
• Proficiency in managing PGP and X.509 certificates for data encryption/decryption.
• Hands-on experience integrating Oracle HCM with SSO tools like Okta.
• Ability to automate user, role, and Area of Responsibility (AOR) creation.
• Skill in configuring audit for business objects and access audit reports.
• Technical knowledge of BI Publisher, Workflow background processes, and UCM.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing CI/CD with Oracle HCM and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience automating user and AOR assignments with enterprise systems.
