Description

Manage HCM extracts, BIP reporting, and data loads with a 70/30 split between functional payroll processes and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage HCM extracts and BIP reporting requirements.
• Execute data loads for worker information and payroll integration.
• Configure and maintain HCM OTL and Absence modules.
• Analyze links between payroll, work relationships, and worker data loading requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM Payroll.
• Proficiency with HCM Extracts.
• Experience developing BIP reports and using Payroll in BIP.
• Hands-on experience with Data Load processes.
• Functional knowledge of HCM OTL and Absence management.
• Understanding of payroll ID definitions and worker data dependencies.
• Ability to manage the intersection of payroll and work relationship data.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
