Description
Act as a hands-on functional consultant managing Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft modules. Manage Oracle SaaS HCM multi-module implementations including Payroll and Benefits. Execute US and Canada Payroll processes including tax, benefits, balances, and reconciliation. Support Oracle On-prem PeopleSoft modules covering Payroll, Tax, Benefits, and Reconciliation. Drive project outcomes independently as a proactive consultant across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle SaaS HCM multi-module implementations, focusing on Payroll and Benefits.
- Execute US and Canada Payroll processes, including tax, benefits, balances, and reconciliation.
- Support Oracle On-prem PeopleSoft modules covering Payroll, Tax, Benefits, and Reconciliation.
- Drive project outcomes independently as a proactive consultant across multiple time zones.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle SaaS HCM multi-module.
- 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll and Benefits across at least 3 projects.
- 3-5 years of experience with Oracle SaaS HCM US & Canada Payroll (Tax, Benefits, Balances, Reconciliation).
- 2-3 years of experience with Oracle On-prem PeopleSoft (Payroll, Tax, Benefits, Reconciliation).
- Strong functional consulting expertise with hands-on application.
- Proven ability to manage complex payroll reconciliation processes.
- Effective written and oral communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a consultant capacity.
