Description

Develop and maintain PeopleSoft HCM solutions using the full development suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build applications using Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, AWE, and Query.
• Write clean, modular, and scalable code with comprehensive technical documentation.
• Implement bug fixes and new features derived from PUM Images.
• Reduce customizations by leveraging event mapping and drop zones.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform analytical debugging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent experience with PeopleSoft HCM and SQR.
• Advanced PeopleCode and SQL proficiency on Oracle databases.
• Experience with COBOL, application packages, and component interfaces.
• Proficiency in fluid development, HTML5, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and code versioning tools.
• Knowledge of design patterns, architectural patterns, and HCM frameworks.
• Experience using JavaScript libraries.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
