Description

You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of projects supporting Human Resources functionality within core ERP solutions and ancillary applications.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed project plans covering requirement identification, functional design, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of HCM technology projects to improve productivity and employee experience.
• Define support procedures and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate complex requirements and project updates to stakeholders, functional teams, and vendors.
• Mentor other Project Managers on established methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Direct experience managing HCM on ERP Cloud solutions: Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, Infor, or SAP S4/HANA.
• Functional knowledge of HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, or Learning Management.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology and practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP certification.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving.
• Proven conflict resolution and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP Cloud implementations.
