Description

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of HCM projects within core ERP solutions and ancillary applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans covering business requirement identification, functional design, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Track and report on project schedules, activities, financials, and metrics for test execution and defect corrections.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and coordinate implementation plans with functional experts, vendors, and business partners.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change controls to ensure alignment with business objectives and budget.
• Lead the operational transition of HCM technology projects into production, focusing on supportability and customer experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management and technology delivery.
• Hands-on experience managing HCM on ERP Cloud solutions such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, Infor, or SAP S4/HANA.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience managing project financials and evaluating against approved targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communication skills for presenting to C-Suite executives and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor other Project Managers on methodologies.
