Lead the transition from legacy systems to a modern, integrated HR digital transformation solution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in establishing the HR Digital Transformation program office and drafting the project business case.
• Design comprehensive strategies and project timelines to ensure outcomes are in scope, on-time, and within budget.
• Facilitate communication efforts to secure buy-in from State Executive Leaders and legislative bodies.
• Develop and manage project deliverables including requirements documents, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor risks and issues, escalating and resolving them to ensure the solution meets all regulations and specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP HR consultation for large, complex organizations.
• Proven experience guiding enterprise clients through the purchase and implementation of ERP HR solutions.
• Expertise in creating business cases, status reports, requirements documents, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to create large, complex reports for executive management and legislative offices under strict timelines.
• Experience with change management, communication planning, and training execution.
• Skill in evaluating software solutions and researching industry best practices.
• Ability to manage staffing resources and recommend operations and maintenance staffing levels.

Preferred Skills

• Government sector experience.
