Description

Lead large-scale HCM implementations and oversee the full project lifecycle to meet operational requirements and stakeholder specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle project oversight from inception through implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholders and build consensus across complex organizational structures.
• Supervise and train staff throughout the project duration.
• Resolve constraints efficiently to keep implementations on track.
• Communicate and negotiate with agency leaders and executives.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of total IT experience.
• 7 years of experience managing ERP projects for large, complex entities.
• 7 years of experience with State Government ERP project management.
• 7 years of experience with State Government HR business processes.
• 7 years of experience with SAP ERP on-premise HR-Payroll or similar ERP systems.
• 7 years of experience implementing cloud HCM solutions, preferably from at least two different vendors.
• Relevant professional certification.
• ERP Project Management expertise.
