Description

You will manage the transition from disparate legacy systems to a modern, integrated HR digital transformation solution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish the HR Digital Transformation Program Office and develop short and long-term strategies.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure on-time delivery.
• Draft business cases, requirements documents, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate communication with State Executive Leaders and Legislative bodies to gain project buy-in.
• Document "As Is" and "To Be" processes to support change management, training, and communication planning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience within a large, complex entity.
• 7+ years of State Government ERP project management experience.
• 7+ years of State Government HR business process knowledge.
• 7+ years of experience with SAP ERP on-premise HR-Payroll or similar ERP systems.
• 7+ years of experience implementing cloud HCM solutions, preferably from at least two different vendors.
• 7+ years of experience in effective stakeholder coordination and consensus building.
• Proven ability to manage project change, communication, and training execution.
• Support the development of HR RFPs and facilitate the HCM competitive evaluation process.
