You will manage HCM implementation and ERP-driven HR projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP project management lifecycles for HCM solutions.
• Manage stakeholder engagement regarding ERP HR initiatives.
• Coordinate project delivery within SAP ERP environments.
• Implement HCM solutions and manage ERP HR workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Direct experience with ERP project management.
• Hands-on work with SAP ERP.
• Implementation of HCM solutions.
• Experience managing ERP HR workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise HR transformations.
• Knowledge of global compliance requirements.
