Bridge business requirements and technical execution within HCM systems across EBS and Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Core HR and Benefits processes in Oracle EBS and Cloud.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for HCM modules.
• Support technical configurations within the HR ecosystem.
• Align HR process understanding with system capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM functional or technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Core HR.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS.
• Experience managing Benefits in both EBS and Cloud environments.
• Strong business understanding of HR processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ADP Implementation experience.
• Compensation module experience.
