Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain RICE Objects for Oracle Cloud applications.
• Deliver integration solutions using Oracle PaaS offerings and maintain/enhance existing integrations.
• Provide technical expertise and technical leadership during solution implementation and development.
• Support scope definition and estimates for new project builds and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain HCM extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
• Build and support integrations/interfaces using SOAP/REST web services, file-based batch processing, and database (SQL/PLSQL) approaches.
• Handle files in OIC using XML, CSV, and JSON and apply integration patterns with strong error handling.
• Work with Fusion HCM data load capabilities such as HDL, PBL, and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Implement enhancements using Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager (FSM) and support Oracle ERP Cloud customization concepts (sandboxes, page integrations, Application/Page Composer).
• Collaborate with implementation partners and IS teams to deliver new builds, change requests, data conversions, testing, and document reviews.
• Draft and review technical specification documents and participate in internal trainings and workshops.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion applications.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle PaaS integration solutions.
• Experience developing RICE Objects for Oracle Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, Web Services, file-based integrations, and batch processing.
• Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, XML, and XSLT development.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
• Knowledge of HDL, PBL, Spreadsheet Loader, and Fusion HCM data load capabilities.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager (FSM) and ERP Cloud customization concepts.
• Experience working with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in implementation and support environments.

Education: Any Graduation, Any Post Graduation (Computer Engineering / Computer Science preferred)
