Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of RICE Objects and integration solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle PaaS, maintaining existing integrations.
• Develop and maintain HCM extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
• Build integrations using SOAP/REST web services, file-based batch processing, and SQL/PLSQL.
• Implement enhancements via Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager and support ERP Cloud customization.
• Collaborate with implementation partners on new builds, data conversions, testing, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for PaaS integration solutions.
• Experience developing RICE Objects for Oracle Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SOAP, REST, Web Services, and file-based integrations with XML, CSV, and JSON.
• Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, XML, and XSLT development.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
• Knowledge of HDL, PBL, Spreadsheet Loader, and Fusion HCM data load capabilities.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager (FSM) and sandboxes.
• Experience with Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex integration issues.
