Description

Manage day-to-day activities for HCM implementation and support projects. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide consulting for technical support, and support sales efforts through technical expertise. Manage US client requirements independently while working in the PST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Execute HCM implementation and support tasks for core modules.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide consulting for technical support.
• Support sales efforts through technical expertise.
• Manage US client requirements independently while working in the PST time zone.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM technical implementations and support.
• Technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Core HR modules.
• Proven experience with Payroll and Payroll Integration.
• Hands-on experience with BIP, OTBI, and Dashboards.
• Working knowledge of US Legislation.
• Proficiency in BI, Human Capital Management, and Payroll Administration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
