Description

Manage day-to-day activities for HCM implementation and support projects, troubleshooting technical issues and supporting sales efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute HCM implementation and support tasks for core modules.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide consulting for technical support.
• Support sales efforts through technical expertise.
• Manage US client requirements independently while working in the PST time zone.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM technical implementations and support.
• Technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM (Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Core HR).
• Proven experience with Payroll and Payroll Integration.
• Hands-on experience with BIP, OTBI, and Dashboards.
• Working knowledge of US Legislation.
• Proficiency in BI, Human Capital Management, and Payroll Administration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
